We had a good crowd and an enjoyable evening with good food and door prizes.
Once again the KCA donated gifts to the Ronald McDonald House. A representative talked about the Ronald McDonald house and answered questions. We then filled her car with donated toys.
Jerry Bodner presented yours truly, Mike Carter, with the 2009 Presidential Award for outstanding service to the KCA. I am honored. Thank you.
Jerry Bodner and Mike Carter created a special 2009 Membership Award award for our newly elected Vice-President Joe Jones in recognition of his past and ongoing service to the KCA. Jerry provided the plaque and I made a handmade knife for it.
Jerry Bodner and the late Jim Haberman were the 2009 inductees into the KCA Hall of Fame.
